Operational Excellence & Service Standards

Purechem LimitedContact: Mark Dobby, Purechem LimitedTheme: Service Quality · Brand Presentation · Digital Waste Tracking · Driver Standards

Background

Purechem Limited is an established chemical industry business with exacting standards for the suppliers and contractors they work with. When evaluating waste management partners, Purechem's leadership looks beyond price, assessing operational professionalism, compliance culture, and the day-to-day conduct of the people who arrive on their site.

Mark Dobby of Purechem has been an observer of Environmental Green Group 's development over recent years and recently shared his perspective on the changes he has witnessed first-hand.

What Purechem Noticed

The feedback arrived unprompted a mark, in itself, of the impression Environmental Green Group had made.

Mark had reviewed Environmental Green Group's latest marketing video and found it immediately aligned with where his own industry is heading:

"It's very clear, concise, corporate, and professional. The main theme that I'm seeing is compliance and sustainability which we both know is the topic of conversation right now across our industry. If I were to watch that as a potential customer, it would tick all the boxes for me and certainly open doors for a meeting or discussion."

But it was the on-site experience that made the stronger impression. When Environmental Green Group driver, Marty arrived at Purechem to collect a load, the standard of presentation and conduct spoke for itself.

"He turned up on time, fully suited and booted with Environmental Green Group from head to toe. He had all his PPE, straps, and ratchets to secure the load and he couldn't have been more helpful if he tried a real asset to your company."

Marty also arrived equipped with Environmental Green Group's electronic documentation system for waste paperwork a practical demonstration of Environmental Green Group's move toward Digital Waste Tracking ahead of the October 2026 mandate.

"He was also using his electronic system for the paperwork, and whilst there were some teething problems, the concept is great and another positive step forward in the service you are offering and the image you are projecting."

The Bigger Picture

What Mark Dobby articulated was not just satisfaction with a single collection. It was recognition of a deliberate and sustained shift in how Environmental Green Group operates.

"I've genuinely noticed a step change at Environmental Green Group since the turn of the year, and it mirrors what we believe is required to succeed and grow the sales and relationships with prospects and customers."

That step change reflects a set of intentional investments Environmental Green Group has made across its operations: unified brand presentation across fleet and personnel, structured driver training and PPE protocols, the rollout of electronic waste documentation ahead of the Digital Waste Tracking mandate, and a broader cultural emphasis on the way the company shows up not just what it delivers.

In a sector where contractors are often evaluated on price and availability, the consistent comment from clients like Purechem is that Environmental Green Group now looks and behaves differently from the alternatives. That difference is not incidental. It is the visible expression of a company that understands its clients are judged by the contractors they choose.

What This Reflects

Fleet and personnel presentation Every Environmental Green Group vehicle and operative is presented to a consistent brand standard. When a client's supplier or customer sees an Environmental Green Group lorry on site, it reflects on the client as much as it does on Environmental Green Group. Marty's arrival on time, fully branded, fully equipped is the standard, not the exception.

Preparation and professionalismArriving with the correct PPE, load-securing equipment, and paperwork before being asked is the baseline we hold our operatives to. Complex waste collections require drivers who understand what they are collecting and why the handling matters. Chemistry-led waste management extends to the cab.

Digital readiness Environmental Green Group's electronic waste documentation system is live and operational ahead of the mandatory Digital Waste Tracking deadline of October 2026. The transition to digital paperwork is not frictionless Mark acknowledged teething problems but the direction of travel is clear. Clients who work with Environmental Green Group now are building the audit infrastructure they will need before the mandate arrives.

In Their Words
